PlayStreak Privacy Policy
Last updated: Oct 29, 2026
PlayStreak ("the app") is made by Mising. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Google account basics, when you sign in with Google: your email address, name and profile photo URL, and
a Google account identifier.
- Your username, which you choose and which other players can see.
- Game progress: your Journey days, streak, XP, levels, scores, stars and time played.
- Settings: your reminder preferences.
- Friends: the players you add or who add you, and the days you completed your daily game (used for friend
streaks).
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or payment details. We do not show ads, and we do not sell or
share your data with advertisers.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To save your progress and sync it across your devices.
- To send the daily reminders you turn on. These are scheduled on your phone.
- To show your friends your username, streak, XP, whether you played today and your shared friend streak. Only
players you have accepted as friends see these. Anyone signed in can find you by username.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Google handles
sign-in under its own privacy policy. Your sign-in session is encrypted on your phone.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Me → Delete account. This permanently deletes your
account, username and all progress. You can also request deletion on the web: delete
your PlayStreak account.
Children
PlayStreak is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
